daEzbox allows you to check for delivery rates from different courier companies and book for delivery online.
Just make your delivery order online via our mobile app which you can download from Google Play Store. Check out the steps below:
  • Step 1: Log in/Sign up for an account
  • Step 2: Select daEzbox point you wish to drop-off your parcel.
  • Step 3: Select the receiver/pick-up address.
  • Step 4: Click on Document or Parcel tab
  • Step 5A: If Document is chosen, enter the quantity. Click Next
  • Step 5B: If Parcel is chosen, enter the parcel dimensions, quantity, and weight. Click Next.
  • Step 6: Select the courier company. Click Next.
  • Step 7: Check the Summary and click Next if everything in order.
  • Step 8: Click Agree & Proceed with the Terms and Conditions.
  • Step 9: A screen showing "Your Booking Accepted" pops up. Click OK.
  • Step 10: Visit daEzbox point you selected as drop-off, show the staff your order under the "My orders" icon on the app, select the correct order detail, show your particulars, and pay Cash on the spot.
  • If you have multiple parcels to deliver at a time, or have daily deliveries, contact us at sales@daezbox.com for better rates.
Yes, all items must be well packed to prevent unwanted damages.
Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) whichever is higher.
Actual weight is the weight of the parcel in kilogram(kg). Volumetric weight is calculated based on your parcel dimensions.
You may calculate the volumetric weight of your parcel using the formula below:
Volumetric weight (kg) = [Length in cm x Width in cm x Height in cm] / 5000. For POS Laju the divisor is 6000 instead of 5000.
You pay cash at daEzbox point. You can also pay by Ezeelink eWallet, Electronic Check, Jompay, or bank transfer if available at daEzbox point.
You can pay for the shipping charges at daEzbox Point you selected.
Yes, you can. Please contact us to cancel your order but any amounts paid prior to your booking will not be refunded.
If this happens, you will pay for the additional charges at daEzbox point.
You will receive an email or sms notification (depending on the choice of the sender) when your parcel arrives at your daEzbox pick-up point.
For delivery in major cities, it usually takes one day (NEXT day) to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, it takes about 2-3 days for delivery to/from East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 3-5 days
A Daezbox pick-up point will hold your parcel for 4 days before it gets sent back to the sender.
You may use a tracking number (provided when you Confirm Order) to track a shipment.
